Sudos is an ASO (App Store Optimization) toolkit designed for iOS and macOS developers. Our service provides:

• Keyword performance monitoring and optimization
• Market visibility analytics and insights
• Professional developer tools and utilities
• Top charts analysis and reporting

Account Registration

To use Sudos, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Keeping your account information current and accurate

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

Our free plan includes basic features with certain limitations on app tracking and keyword monitoring.

Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are available monthly ($6.99/month) or annually ($39.99/year) and include unlimited access to all features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies.

Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Sudos only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use the service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access our services excessively
• Interfere with the normal operation of our servers or services
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content

Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using Sudos, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Sudos and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Service Availability

• Limit access during high-demand periods
• Experience interruptions due to technical issues

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.

• Uninterrupted or error-free service

App Store data is sourced from public information and may not always be current or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sudos. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting us or deleting the application. Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will be immediately revoked
• Any outstanding subscription fees remain due
• Your data may be deleted from our servers
• These terms will remain in effect for applicable provisions

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through:

Your continued use of Sudos after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
